Software Engineer I

Synthesis System Inc.

Built the backend query composition engine for a no-code analytics platform, compiling visual input into SQL with joins, unions, GROUP BY/HAVING aggregations, custom filters, global sorting, and case-sensitive string operations — moving analytics from engineer-written queries to analyst self-service.
Migrated legacy REST endpoints to GraphQL across multiple modules, removing duplicate API implementations and cutting p90 to <200ms.
Fixed partition-boundary and grouped-aggregation defects that produced duplicate and missing rows in dashboard reports, restoring accurate reporting across all client accounts.
Built scheduling, execution, and monitoring APIs for the workflow engine, resolving config-to-execution data integrity issues that caused silent run failures.

Designed and built backend REST APIs for two production fintech products, Credilio Pro and Novio, on Node.js and PostgreSQL — improving response reliability and cutting maintenance overhead.
Integrated CleverTap and Singular analytics into the backend for user-behavior tracking and campaign attribution, giving product teams visibility into acquisition performance for the first time.
Shipped PDF invoice generation and other billing-adjacent features while holding production stable, delivering critical hotfixes with zero rollbacks.
